2. How high can a Giant Balloon go?

In practice, we will suggest a practical height based on your site photos and surroundings, and you should include this in your permit application for the council to review.

3. Is the helium used for Giant Balloons safe?

Yes. We use non-flammable helium sourced from trusted suppliers. We do not use hydrogen gas for Giant Advertising Balloons.

Our team follows established procedures for inflation, secure closure and anchoring. We also brief you on basic care and what to do in bad weather.

7. Can you help with design and wording on the balloon?

Yes. We can assist with layout, colour matching and simple design to ensure your brand, logo and message are clear from a distance. If your local council requires Bahasa Malaysia text or specific wording, we can help you adjust the artwork accordingly.
