From Angkasa Balloons to AsiaPacific Balloons
We started in the 1990s as Angkasa Balloons in Puchong, Selangor. Over the decades, we evolved into AsiaPacific Balloons — a Malaysia-based custom inflatable manufacturer and advertising balloon specialist supporting brands, agencies, and event teams across Malaysia and the ASEAN region.

What is the typical lead time in Malaysia?
For many standard items, lead time is typically 3–7 days after artwork approval.
Custom inflatables, complex builds, or peak campaign periods may require more time. Share your event date early so we can confirm the best timeline.
What artwork files do you prefer?
We prefer Adobe Illustrator (AI) vector files for sharp printing and accurate colour output at large scale.
If you don’t have AI, we can assist with artwork rebuild/adaptation (design fees may apply depending on complexity).
Do you ship to Sabah, Sarawak and overseas?
Yes. We ship across Malaysia (including Sabah and Sarawak) and also support international shipping.
Shipping options depend on size, weight and destination — we’ll recommend the most practical method during quotation.
Can you handle urgent orders?
Yes, urgent orders may be possible (sometimes as fast as 2 days), depending on product type and production capacity.
To avoid rush fees and limited options, we recommend confirming early whenever possible.
Do advertising balloons need a permit in Malaysia?
Often, yes — permits may be required for outdoor or public-facing advertising balloon setups, depending on location and local council requirements.

Do you provide installation and site survey?
Yes. We can provide installation support and, where applicable, a site survey to confirm anchoring points, safety planning and setup requirements.
