Hot Air Balloon Replica at Mid Valley Megamall's Disney Dream Travel

Mid Valley Megamall transformed its Centre Court for Disney Dream Travel, a "City in the Clouds" theme built around the wonder of flight, and needed a centrepiece large enough to read across the mall's full-height void. We supplied a custom hot air balloon replica as the anchor for the set — a lavender canopy with a cream-and-pink diamond pattern and red ribbon swags, rigged above a woven basket so the whole piece reads as a balloon ready to lift off.The canopy measures 10 ft wide and 13 ft tall, fabricated in PVC with full-colour digital print so the panelling and trim stay crisp under mall lighting and from the upper floors looking down. It runs on a continuous-airflow blower to hold a full, even shape through long opening hours, suspended overhead with the basket set on a low platform at floor level — close enough for families to step right up to it.On site it read exactly as a hot air balloon should from that height — full, balanced, and visible from multiple levels as shoppers circled the court. It's the kind of showpiece an inflatable handles well: large, lightweight enough to hang, and easy to theme to a campaign.
